Empowering Parents

Parents are a child's most important teachers, and the best therapy happens when families feel confident supporting their child's development. Our therapists work alongside parents, sharing practical strategies, demonstrating activities, and helping families recognize opportunities for learning throughout the day.

Learning Through Play

Our therapists use fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities to help children learn while doing the things they naturally enjoy. We follow each child's interests and use play to encourage communication, movement, problem-solving, social interaction, and independence.

Therapy That Fits Into Real Life

Our therapists work within familiar environments and everyday routines. In fact, it’s our goal to make therapy embedded within family routines.

Why Early Intervention?

  • That’s right. There is zero cost for early intervention! This is a government funded program provided to children in need of services

  • Therapy takes place in natural environments. Typically, this occurs in the child’s home. However, it can also take place at daycares, grandparents’ homes, and other community settings.

  • The Early Intervention system has a large number of highly skilled pediatric therapists. Early Bird Therapy has speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and special instructors who are ready to jump in and help you and your child!
